Meet Fresh QV

Sister and Brother Fu grew up in a family that has been farming for generations in the Feng Yuan District of Taichung, Taiwan. Using selected ingredients and traditional processes, they made soft taro balls and delicate herbal jelly desserts. They adhered strongly to the belief to serve customers the best-tasting desserts and believed sincerity to be the key to customer satisfaction.

Meet Fresh QV is an Asian dessert franchise originating from Taiwan. The thought and intent behind the design was to explore and look into simple geometry, materials, and soft colours.

Function Fitouts was awarded a second tender to construct their Melbourne QV Flagship store. Designed by Wall Architects, this restaurant was also entered in the 2019 Eat Drink Design Awards.
