St. Dreux

Saint Dreux is a quirky and contemporary interpretation of traditional Japanese architecture, from the team behind specialty coffee bars Slater Street Bench, 580 Bench, and Arkhe Tekhne. Intended to be eye-catching and provide a showcase for exceptional food and coffee.

This fit-out features a futuristic spin on Japan’s sliding bamboo shoji screens in matte-black alongside soft, glowing lightbox panels luring customers in to try their offerings, which are all crafted with obsessive attention to detail.

This shop won a commendation at the Eat Drink Design Awards in 2019.
